What counts as a user?
Each person you give a login — owners, managers, auditors and viewers. You're billed for the number of members on your account; add or remove people any time and your bill adjusts automatically (prorated).
How does the volume discount work?
It's based on your total team size. With 20 users, all 20 are billed at the 11–25 rate. As you cross into the next band, every seat moves to the lower rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free when you first subscribe. You can cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing screen. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
